At the conclusion of each sports season, the Kalani Athletics Department distributes two surveys — one for student-athletes and another for parents/guardians. Please be on the lookout for your survey in the coming weeks as each fall sport wraps up its season.

These surveys are designed to gather valuable feedback about coaching effectiveness, communication, organization, and the overall athletic experience. Your input helps us continue improving the quality of our programs and ensures that every Falcon has a positive and rewarding experience.

The student-athlete survey will be sent to each student’s official school email address. The parent survey will be sent to the email address used during athletic registration. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the survey, contact the Athletic Department for assistance.
