The Kalani High School Varsity Swim & Dive program represents the pinnacle of competitive aquatic performance at Kalani. Designed for student-athletes with prior competitive experience—particularly those involved in year-round or club swimming—the program emphasizes advanced technical skills, race strategy, and physical conditioning.
Under the guidance of experienced coaches, athletes refine all four competitive strokes, enhance starts and turns, and develop mental toughness to excel in championship-level meets. The program values dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, providing swimmers and divers with opportunities to compete against top-tier talent across the OIA and beyond.
Through rigorous training and a commitment to excellence, Falcon swimmers and divers proudly uphold Kalani’s tradition of discipline, sportsmanship, and achievement—both in the pool and in the classroom. GO FALCONS!
