The Kalani High School Junior Varsity Swim & Dive program is designed to help developing student-athletes strengthen their skills, build confidence, and prepare for success at the varsity level. Through structured training in stroke technique, endurance, diving fundamentals, and race strategy, athletes learn the importance of discipline, consistency, and teamwork in and out of the pool.
Emphasizing growth and improvement, the JV program provides a supportive environment where swimmers and divers refine their form, gain competitive experience, and develop a strong foundation in sportsmanship and commitment. The ultimate goal is to prepare each athlete to advance to the next level of competition—ready to represent Kalani with pride and excellence. GO FALCONS!
