The Kalani High School Varsity Girls Soccer team represents one of the most competitive and selective athletic programs on campus. Under the guidance of dedicated coaches, players refine their game through high-intensity training, strategic development, and a shared pursuit of championship performance.

Biography: Coach Jillian Okamoto is a proud Kalani High School alum who has been dedicated to coaching girls’ soccer since 2001. Her coaching journey began with youth girls in the Hawaii Youth Soccer Association (HYSA), and she later served many seasons as an Intermediate Head Coach for the ‘Iolani Girls Soccer Program. In 2020, Coach Okamoto returned to her alma mater to join Kalani’s coaching staff. Although her first season was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, she has since brought her experience, leadership, and passion to the program. One of the most memorable moments in Coach Okamoto’s career was witnessing the pure joy and pride in the eyes of the 2023–2024 Varsity Girls Soccer team as they celebrated Kalani’s first-ever OIA Division II Championship victory.
