The Kalani High School Junior Varsity Wrestling programs are designed to develop student-athletes who are passionate about learning the sport and preparing to compete at the varsity level. Wrestlers focus on building strong fundamentals—technique, balance, and mat awareness—while also gaining valuable experience in conditioning, discipline, and mental toughness.

Under the guidance of dedicated coaches, JV wrestlers learn proper training habits, match strategies, and the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. The program provides a positive, competitive environment that encourages steady improvement, resilience, and confidence—helping athletes progress toward future success on the varsity team and beyond.  GO FALCONS!
