The Kalani High School Junior Varsity Track and Field program serves as an important introduction to the sport for student-athletes eager to develop their athletic potential. Designed for those new to track and field or building foundational skills, the program focuses on learning proper technique, improving speed, strength, and endurance, and gaining experience across multiple events.
Under the guidance of dedicated coaches, JV athletes receive instruction in a supportive and structured environment that emphasizes personal improvement, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The goal of the program is to prepare student-athletes to successfully transition to varsity-level competition by helping them discover their strengths, refine their abilities, and build confidence through training and competition. GO FALCONS!
