Biography: Coach Justin Kugiyama began coaching in 2022 shortly after graduating from Kalani ('22). Before joining the Falcons, he developed his coaching experience with the boys’ and girls’ volleyball programs at Kaimuki Middle School. Coach Kugiyama is passionate about helping players understand that true success requires more than just technical ability. He focuses on teaching the life skills necessary to be not only a great volleyball player but also a valuable and responsible member of the community.
