The Kalani High School Varsity Wrestling program is built for dedicated and competitive student-athletes who are ready to challenge themselves at the highest level. Competing in the demanding OIA East Division, this program emphasizes strength, technique, and mental toughness — qualities essential for success on the mat and in life.
While prior wrestling experience is highly recommended, student-athletes with backgrounds in competitive or club sports — especially those from club wrestling or other high-intensity individual sports — often find their skills translate well into the varsity environment. The program focuses on refining advanced techniques, mastering match strategy, and developing the discipline and resilience needed to compete at the state level.
Through rigorous training, team camaraderie, and a commitment to excellence, Kalani wrestlers proudly represent the Falcons with integrity, sportsmanship, and an unwavering drive to succeed. GO FALCONS!
